Note dates below are when the school reviews and determines if you are eligible. In order for the school to do this you must acquire (from your teacher) and complete the grade check form and give to your head coach no later than Thursday or Friday the week prior.
In other words before for Monday, October 31, 2016 you should have a grade check form with you and be asking your teachers to sign it during the prior week October 24-28th.
